Returns

Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the garment to us within 28 days and we will either refund you, please note that the item/s must be returned unused, undamaged, still fitted with all security tags, ribbons and labels and in both the original packaging including the mailing carton boxes and the Custom with logo.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or refund you if that is your preference.

A purchase will not be accepted as returned, until it has been confirmed with the customer that the return is approved.

We take pride in our DDP-HUB FZE/ MYSWESWI items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all security tags, ribbons and labels and in both the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or refund you if that is your preference.

It may take up to two weeks based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfilment centre, allow for up to two (2) business days for us to receive and process your returned product.

Sometimes the fit isn't right, so here at DDP-HUB FZE/ MYSWESWI we are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags, ribbons and labels and in the original packaging. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you.

It is important to note that shipping costs are covered by DDP-HUB FZE/ MYSWESWI when sent back, so we suggest using a signed for delivery service. We can also facilitate the collection of the return for you.

Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Sale Items are not returnable for refund.

LATE RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you.
