During sale periods we endeavor to deliver all orders within our regular delivery times, but due to occasional courier delays some deliveries may take longer.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed on MYSWESWI will generally be delivered during business hours.

All our deliveries are handled by DHL. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we'll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged. Please don't refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Shipping takes on average 2 - 7 business days depending on the destination country.
